This kind of body has been seen in movies and TV-series some other times, and Jale explains here what it most certainly is. In a nutshell: (Click...) A DurAvan Wide Something, from Universal Body Sales. But I don't know how to tell the difference between a Senior, a Wholesaler and a Close-Coupled... _____ Edit: according to the Vanette ad, the difference is apparently: • 104"/2.64 m wheelbase for the WC (Wide Close-Coupled?); • 122"/3.10 m for the WS (Wide Senior?) • 127"/3.23 m to 154"/3.91 m for the WW5, WW14 and WW15 (Wide Wholesaler?) I'm not sure, that "Wide" is really part of the name... And about differences - Wholesaler has double rear wheels, Senior (longer) and Close-Coupled (shorter) - single. Van on the picture seems to have single rear wheels and is longer - then it's Senior. |
