Not sure if an estate or not. Tried googling to see if any pictures exist online of an estate with plate ending ..YJ but nothing found. The other thought is that it's saloon MEV 129C again which is popping up a lot in recent films/series and has the same slightly strange full orange sidelights. Maybe this ep is set in 1964 or earlier, so they switched its 1965 C-plate??? |

I also tried looking for a Zodiac (or Zephyr) estate pic from a similar angle to see if it would show such a big rear window, but results inconclusive. Saloon definitely had big window, estate maybe smaller or because more angled a bit of tailgate below might show. So while I think a good chance this is saloon MEV 129C, it's still up for grabs. Maybe more sightings in other eps might resolve it?? |
