 Both of my 2Cs had a badge on the grille saying just that.

If you were in any doubt you could open the bonnet and count the carburettors. I have just looked at a picture of my white 2C, which was SMX 41F. It did not have overriders.

The chassis # was 818.101.065398

For ye of little faith, my first Lancia, the one in which I nearly died.

Sorry about the poor image, but it's taken from a 35mm slide and it is nearly 50 years old.
For dsl, it is definitely a 2C, those carbs took up much of my time, and you can see the 2C badge just to the left of the RAC badge.

Yes, it was totalled, it hit one of Lord Lichfield’s trees and I spent the next four weeks in hospital, and the next three months in plaster casts.

 ^. I’m afraid it was my stupidity in driving too fast, but my old Dad used to say that the tree had jumped the wrong way. I still suffer from oedema in the leg which got so badly broken, there is still metalwork inserted all those years ago by a very accomplished surgeon, to support both the ankle and the upper and lower bones.
