In episode 2.01 ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() DGO157 not found on DVLA but a genuine Austin 12/4 taxi 1936 period registration. GH7000 is not listed as a being Austin 12/4 taxi but there were two other 'GH' series of 1930 registrations. I think all taxis seen are probably AXL464 with the registration numbers changed. AXL464 also seen in... Atonement Ballet Shoes Foyle's War The Good Shepherd Head in the Clouds. Edit: Now confirmed as AXL464 as shown here on location http://www.flickr.com/photos/gadgerz/6281631418/ -- Last edit: 2012-06-02 19:56:20 |

Don't think this is a Jones Body on that taxi looks more like a Strachen Body as I don't think the Jones Body had a rounded edge in between the drivers door and the back door. |

DGO 157 again. |

Confirmed as Jones body with the same rounded edge it also has the characteristic Jones rooof rack with scroll ends. /vehicle_91904-Austin-12-4-Taxi-1934.html DGO157 is likely a false number used by the studio, it is commonly used on the AXL464 or AXL483 taxis (which may themselves be the same taxi?). |
