Will have to do some digging into dad's old paperwork, see if he still has anything relating to the car. I know it was in great condition when he sold it which would have probably been late 1970s or very early 1980s The plate JYN 17D has disappeared from record. If it was still in use in 1980s, the plate would normally show something. So probably either (i) the car has died too - scrapped/crashed/stolen/stripped for parts, (ii) it's been re-registered - a new cherished plate?? or (iii) it's been exported. Or as a real long-shot, it might have been made into a historic racecar.
