Mil not to be confused with miles! Scandinavian odometers (and road signs) show km like everywhere else, it's just easier to say 8700 mil than 87000 km :)

 @chico - do you want a SAAB biro by Ballograf? I got it off ebay a few years back for diddley squat. Seems unused but the ink has dried and it only takes Ballograf refills which are unobtainable here.
