The car in the top picture is not the same car as shown in the left of the two smaller photos! The vehicle in the main photo looks to be a Daimler One-0-Four, though it could possibly be a late Regency II, as some characteristics overlap. The Majestic Major body was 'slab-sided' where the rear wing met the rear door. The One-0-Four models have a pronounced rear wing shape carrying on to form the shape of the rear door. Also, the boot/rear panel on the Majestic Majors protruded out far past the rear lights when viewed from the side or three-quarters, yet it can be clearly seen on the main image that this is not the case on the car in question. -- Last edit: 2017-07-24 03:15:00 |

I think plate in main is XLJ 909 - /vehicle.php?id=1508691 , /vehicle_113590-Daimler-One-0-Four-DF310-1958.html - end 1960s film dates also match. |
