I'm thinking strictly a Canadian Military Chevrolet.

It is hazardous to affirm that this is a Chevrolet.Canadian Military Pattern trucks were produced both by General Motors in Oshawa on Chevrolet chassis and by Ford Motor Co in Windsor on Ford chassis. Many were transformed after the war for civilian uses and I have personnaly known similar tow trucks on CMP Ford chassis in Belgium. For me it can be both Chevrolet or Ford but the cab design is unmistakably CMP.

As it is just a drawing, if it is not a real car it does not deserve a page. "Made for movie" is for cars really "made", not just drawn.
A better solution would be to just pick one of the two makes suggested above.

layout suggests it to be a Chevrolet C60S 3ton 4x4 breakdown, fitted with Gar Wood twin swinging boom ..pretty much an accurate representation of the wartime vehicle..short wheelbase..."steel" rear body..twin booms...cab...so therefore, not "made for movie", as its a representation of an actual vehicle known to exist.
