Professional car (funeral coach) on Cadillac commercial chassis of the late 70s or early 80s. The opera lamps on the "C" pillar suggest a design by "Superior". |

DEFINTELY not before 1980. The wheel covers suggest 1980-1981. Sometimes mrcadillac's lack of attention to things like TAILLIGHTS disappoints me. Yet he noticed opera lights... |

Well, he already said several times that he does not know well post-70s models |

Yeah, I know but that's what gets me, he notices some very fine details like the opera lights that I wouldn't have noticed, not being a hearse expert. So it puzzles me. |

Some people have an expertise in a specialized area. mrcadillac knows hearses pretty well. |

Well, that hearse was in fact built at the Superior plant (for Superior had just absorbed the S&S facilities back then), but it was released as "S&S Victoria". Note the small buckling in the body line above the rear light and the white inserts of the landau bow. -- Last edit: 2008-02-21 02:07:48 |
