 1931 Chevrolet - the only clue is the hood louvres which only go about two thirds the length of the hood.

 Chevrolet Universal 2 passenger roadster 1930 ( series AD-six).The Independence series AE six of 1931 had a longer row of hood louvres contoured by a rectangular shape
