This car appears to be left hand drive - unusual for a car in Britain of that period. Notice the modern electrical tape holding the vacuum pipe for the wiper in place. Is there no other pic?

The colour and the engine size would suggest that this is a 1915 Buick Model C-37 tourer. It is a four cylinder car - replaced in mid 1915 by the D45 six which continued in various forms for many years after.
