 They either have on it,or once had on it (And didn't cross out the "100")a set of metal studded snow tires. (Studded tire equipped cars IIRC were limited to 100 km/h (62 mph)) I think (but am not positive....it's been a long time?) that about that time (mid '70s) they also outlawed those outright on passenger cars in most of (then) West Germany?
