An easy way to distinguish is to look at the portion with the rear side windows and go: "hmm... could I fit an extra set of doors there?" - if the answer is yes, then it's usually a 2-door sedan. If you're not sure, simply look the type of car up for reference. Example, Opel Rekord C: 2-door sedan Coupé
