It could be a Laurentian too. (an even more basic model available only in Canada)

No, it is a 1976 Pontiac Parisienne because it has square headlights.

A 1976 Pontiac Parisienne -> http://www.fedrelandsvennen.no/amcar/grom/bilder/xy248.jpg

The Catalina and the Laurentian had round headlights for 1976.

I actually own one of these, it is definitely a Parisienne. Called this in Canada, the Bonneville was its name in USA.

The U.S also sold the Parisienne(Assembled in Canada) in 1983-1986 because Pontiac dealerships lacked full-size cars. But they did not sell the coupe if I remember correctly.

I am sorry, but I believe its a CATALINA. The only reason I am not 100% sure is b/c many models may have had those lights. I had a 1976 Catalina from my grandfather, he bought brand new. It has the square headlights so YES the Catalina did have square headlights. This next info is found on Wikipedia..............."For 1976, only minor detail changes were made to Catalinas and other full-sized Pontiacs that included revised grilles (with rectangular headlights now on Catalinas with the "Custom Trim Option-round headlights continued on base models) and taillight lenses. This year was the last for the 1971-vintage bodyshell, optional adjustable pedals, 455 V8 and the clamshell tailgate on Safari wagons. 1976 also marked the return of the Bonneville Brougham series to the top of the full-size line, as Pontiac marketers abandoned the Grand Ville name entirely."

1976 Catalina. Round headlights were standard bur rectangular headlights were available on the '76 Catalina when you got the Custom Trim package. That is a '76 Catalina grille.
