1957-1960 Bedford C-type 4, 5 or 6 ton or S-type 7 ton. Six and seven ton trucks were only available in the long wheelbase (156") version; this is probably a medium length wheelbase (136") truck judged by the view under the front of the rear wheel position. It also looks too long for a short wheelbase S-type tipper judged by the view in the Vauxhall Victor FB listing. 1957 Bedford C-type. -- Last edit: 2018-02-24 12:37:45 |

Agreed it should be a 6-ton C6. Although the camera angle is not ideal, the extra view still makes me believe its probably not a C6L 6-tonner or SL 7-tonner. Bedford also supplied a "heavy duty" C6L with a deeper chassis frame although I doubt if was available on the medium length wheelbase model. |
