LLA (London) series slightly odd - listed as 401-999 issued April 50 to Dec 51, with "Remainder allocated to Local Authority". So with the main date range being too early for a CA, LLA 309 probably emerged mid-50s as the Local Authority batch of numbers was gradually used up. |
