 YXM 646 = London, Feb 60-Dec 60, so 646 somewhere near the Sept 60 changeover from S3a to S3b. Unusual single colour livery suggests poverty Special on S3a, which was renamed Standard on S3b until dropped in July 61, so a rare permutation.
