I see Ford Falcon 500 [XC] parked on the other side of the road. |

@MisterZ & AnimatroniXx. Please check me on this one. I believe this is a 1982-1987(yes they had this body in AUS in 1987 according to one we ID'd the plate on) Ford F-100 Jakab. These are the ones we have listed and it does not have the 1987+ tail lamp position: /vehicles.php?resultsStyle=asImages&yearFrom=&yearTo=&makeMatch=2&make=&modelMatch=1&model=jakab&modelInclExtra=on&mk=&origin=&madein=&madefor=&role= The rear is identical to the F-100. I am placing it there. Please let me know if I am incorrect ![]() |

Don't know about the Ford-side of the story, but this doesn't look like a body by JAKAB Industries to me. All the ones that I know have a squarish rear window, a differently shaped service door and also the arrangement of the warning lights doesn't spell JAKAB. |

Got it! Javelin Auto Body Works were the manufacturers of this ambulance. ![]() |
