 Not so sure on the bright stripe up the side of the motor (aftermarket oil cooler?) but it's unmistakably Yamaha SR500.

There were TLS drum versions built in the 90's imported to mainland Europe (we never got them) using the XS-1 brake but this isn't one of them, the brake plate is on the wrong side.

Quite a neat cafe racer, I wonder if it's one of Jean Francois Vicente's builds?
