Looks like a regular Cutlass convertible ('71 or '72) with a 442 W=30 hood. |

It's a 1971 Olds Cutlass Supreme conv. With optional performance hood. |

Hood's option code was W-29,which came standard with the 455 W-30 Package. Also on the 1970 only Rallye 350. I'm sure this one was retrofitted, and it doesn't have the matching Air-Induction air cleaner (Ram Air).....either item is now VERY expensive now, even as a 'new' reproduction item!!! (And they've also added the 442 rear deck spoiler, too?) -- Last edit: 2016-04-28 02:04:01 |

This was my first car I actually bought with my money. Originally lime green and then it got hit so a free paint job to this maroon color. I did in fact add the 442 hood and spoiler before the color change. They rented the car from me for this movie and also hired me to be a driver in the transportation department. This car got hit after I moved to LA and I purchased a parts car, a 71 green Olds Cutlass they rented from me for Seinfeld tv series. |
