 This styling got introduced in 2001 as CA7180A3E. The "6180" as its listed currently is definately a typo, that would make it a bus. Hongqi certainly did not have any issues with getting a passager car licence, unlike some of the small local brands. I however think the car is 2004+ CA7180A4E, all taxis i found had that name...
