Nor sure it's a U23?...the common U23 is rather 50's body with head lights included in the front body. I thought about U45 which was produced by Citroen before and after Second World war, but it was a bigger truck , replaced by P55 in the mid 50's. But i may mistake, and some pre and post war (1939? to around 1950) light trucks such as this one may have been named U23?...then we should have the year of production in order to distinguish it with the following type. |

I was thinking about the Type 32 from before the war, but it had different fenders. It´s probably a U23, it was produced after the war with this body. I found one for sale from 1951 looking like this one: http://enprovence.free.fr/u23.htm Some years later both U23 and U45 got new bodies with headlights incorporated. |
