Judging by the lack of the chrome strip along the body, I would say it's an Austin-Healey Sprite. The shape of the door indicates a 1962+ MkII. |

... but it has the MG logo on the boot lid. |

From this angle it's a bit difficult to be sure about it... |

The AH has no logo in that place or size. AH: /vehicle_42670-Austin-Healey-Sprite-1961.html MG: /vehicle_31843-MG-Midget-1964.html |

As I said, from this angle I don't think it's possible to be sure about that badge, because it seems to be smaller than the correct one. Of course it may also be said that the hubcaps don't seem to have the AH, but what puzzles me is why it doesn't have the side chrome strip of the Midget. By the end of the 80s, at the height of the classic cars euphoria, everything was available to restore these cars and this one seems to have had recent work done. |

It looks like an early side screen Spridget I think it's a Sprite and the badge at the back should say "Sprite". |

What appears to be a chromed badge on the rear is, I am almost certain, only a reflection on the surface. |
