 Alvis TA14 or possibly TA21 convertible.

 Working backwards and assuming I've understood things correctly, it's not a TC 21 which had concealed door hinges, but was otherwise similar to TA 21. TA 21 seem to have had rear lights, but on the wing curve, not beside the boot opening. TA 14 seems not to have had rear lights on body, although several pictured examples have them added in various formats. So I guess TA 14 with individually added lights beside the boot.
