Potentially the first "Ersatzwagen" used in the Renner era that completely makes use of the police lights belonging to the BMW 3er F30 and Mercedes W205. Could also be a hint to what they may do when Semir starts driving the 3er G20, if he ever does. Replaced with an "Advantage Line" model when it flies through the caravan. -- Last edit: 2018-12-08 02:22:19 |

I think you meant "Ersatzwagen". Replacement car in English. And how many they had in the "Renner-era"? I just remind the C-Klasse Coupe as replacement car. |

They had three substitute vehicles so far in the Renner era, previous to this. Paul used a Mercedes GLA in "Die falsche Seite" and "Tod ohne Warnung," and the same C-Klasse Coupé you mentioned in "Hooray for Bollywood," "5 vor 12," and "Hetzjagd auf Semir." Semir, on the other hand, had only used a BMW X3 xDrive20d in "Kein Entkommen." What I meant to say that the first two vehicles I had mentioned did use the Vision Alert TwinHead (dashboard-mounted police light), but not the Hella WLs, which would have been mounted on or in the grille. The BMW X3 possibly made use of an Axixtech B16 LED, which you'll be familiar with as the roof-mounted beacon used by the SEK since "Vendetta." This car, on the other hand, uses both the TwinHead and the Hella WLs, the latter of which are set on the radiator grille, below the iconic BMW kidney grilles. -- Last edit: 2018-12-08 02:00:34 |
