Sunbar ◊ 2007-08-10 14:20	Not an Austin 12/4 Taxi (all taxis were built on the heavy rather than the light chassis). For the taxi a roof rack would be fitted and the top of the driver's door is cut-away. They also commonly had a fixed glass/rain-deflector above the open driver's window area, not visible here. This appears to be a longer six-light saloon, very possibly a 1927 Austin 20 hp Ranelagh Saloon.
