 It is a Land-Rover, fairly certain a 109", possibly a rare 1-ton version, Series III.

 Afraid its not. Its a plain old 109" 4 cylinder Series 2A as shown by the small exhaust coming down from the engine bay (the 1 ton used the 6 cylinder with the exhaust coming down under the wing), the smaller 7.50x16 tyres (the 1 ton used big 9.00x16s), the lack of heater vent and the 2A type screen hinges.
