Movie filmed in UK, as I understand it. Its really not possible to say what the vehicle is here. Its likely to be a 10-15cwt van (the door edge is visible on the left as seen on YouTube) but could equally be a special body built on a car chassis. London newspapers had large fleets of vehicles to get the latest editions from Fleet Street to the main railway station for distribution throughout the UK. Alternatively it could be any movie studio vehicle with a sign on the side. Needs to be moved to movie comments IMHO.
