Yes, according to the Daimler DS420 site http://www.myds420.info/hearses.html its a Wilcox (before they transferred production to Eagle Specialist Vehicles). The site's information for the year of manufacture appears to be based on model year for B registered vehicles, confirmed by the DVLA data.
