Looking at this on the laptop, there is still no way of deciding between MM and SII. There appear to be two odd extra lights on the boot lid. |

Could the Dutch cars have mandatory red retroreflectors? |

The standard fitted by the factory would not meet a requirement for two, there was one in the middle iirc, so that’s probably the answer. |

1949 would suggest that this is a lowlight, is there any evidence? |

None I can see either way, just a default to earliest. Can be changed if you want. |

No, just to mention default would be fine. Done! |

Is it possible to say one-piece bumper without the centre bridging plate? Not saying its certain just I think it may be possible to see if it was missing the bumper join in this picture. All cars now with one-piece bumpers March 1951. -- Last edit: 2019-08-01 15:02:10 |

There is at least one lowlight knocking about without the joining plates in its front bumper. Whether it left the factory like that is another question.... |

Let's bump to 1951. |

Morris cars were built in the Netherlands as well. 15.000 Minors were built in Jutphaas near Utrecht from 1949 to 1953, and then until 1966 in Amersfoort. |
