nah, 850s were made also at the end of 1996. I believe S70s were made since 2nd 1/4 of 1997. |

If you think it looks more like a S70, list it as that. Perhaps the animators were copying that car and saying it is a 1996 model was a mistake on the writer's part. |

That's the problem with cartoon cars, actually this one looks like a... Talbot Tagora with Volvo grill. |

There's a few cartoon Volvos that are only indentifiable because of the grille drawn in, if you took away that grille they wouldn't look much like Volvos. |
