The last T110's were 1961, pre-unit, this is unit construction.

Forks & front wheel don't match (should have conical hub with those forks), pipes are from an earlier generation than forks, frame is single downtube so pre '71 (not OIF).

Single carb unit 650 so options are 63-68 TR6 Trophy or 69-70 TR6R Tiger with later forks. Bitza.

That "short" seat and the rear light and fender are very similar to the T110 model.
