 I notice the yellow BMC badge on the lower right corner. This would place it with the 1968-1970 year range.

 Looks like 'J' registered August 1970-August 1971 so very new at time of filming, 1968 to July 1970 BMC J4 M10.
Therefore mid 1970 but registered after August; last of the BMC badged vans before 'Austin-Morris'.
