I've read that many Dodges (and Plymouth) assembled in Norway had features from both calendar and model year (or 1936 and 1937 in the case I recall) - so it's possible that this is a Scandinavian thing. It does look very similar to a 36 Dodge, however with grille fill from a 37 model. |

As you can see, the grille shape and headlight position is off. 36 Dodge seems more plausible. |
