It's actually a stretched Sedan Deville, note the chrome windsplit down the hood. So it's probably a 1984. |

Probably not a factory direct, but converted for the Austraila market. I see right hand drive, white/amber parking/turn signal lamp cluster and Victoria plate. |

The vehicle must be an motor hire car. Originally, all motor hire cars in Victoria were issued with number plates with the VHA-XXX format before changing to the VHB-XXX and the VHC-XXX formats. Today, all motor hire cars in Victoria are issued with number plates with various VH combination.
