Kfz1 Stoewer 1936-43..also available as a 4x4 front and rear steer..the one in pic is the 4x2 normal version..also made by BMW and Hanomag but only for a couple of years..all those from a total of 13,000 built and have survived into preservation are the more numerous Stoewer version...Kfz1=4 seat car..also made as Kfz2 same body but fitted for signals, Kfz2/40 same body but for maintenance/repair, Kfz3, same body but fitted for light surveying. |
