It is a Ford Taunus Buckeltaunus but I go for a 1949 Standard , since it has the beltline chrome strip , the standing lights on top of the front fenders and rhe straight front bumper that appeared on the 1949 model year.1948 Taunuses had a veed front bumper as on the prewar cars and no beltline trim and fender standing lights.The absence of windshield surrounding chrome and partly chromed grille here point to a Standard rather than to a Spezial version |
