Could be a 9, but more likely a 1934 10. I know of a surviving 10/12 in these colours. Standard would fit the 12 engine to the 10 chassis and even made a sports version that would reach 70mph and 0- 50 in 16 seconds- faster than an MG of the time! 785 JKB = GREEN 1934 STANDARD SPECIAL UNKNOWN SALOON. Googling gives "785 JKB. 1934. Standard Ten. Fully restored about 20 years ago. In present ownership for last 7 years.
