 Husky 2G (2-occupant version), developed by South Africa's DCD Protected Mobility, but on a spanish wiki page, it says Husky 2G-WD (WD for what?) was developed by USA's NIITEK (Non-Intrusive Inspection Technology) :think:

Even though, clearly, DCD badge is visible on the vehicle's radiator in the main picture.
