Present in the Bentley Drivers Club lists from 1982 until 2015 at least....

I know the man who owned it in 1982, I’ll have a word.

I have been in touch with my friend who owned this car in the 1970s and 80s, and he said it had been much rebuilt, including a new chassis after a crash back in the 1930s. He knew it had been in a film, but not which film, so he was pleased that we had found it.

My friend provided me with a potted history of the car, including the # of the original chassis, but it’s probably best not to dig too deep as the original chassis may have surfaced elsewhere as another car!

The subject car is in Holland, and my friend now has a very nice quite early 3 litre.
