dsl ◊ 2020-09-04 00:03	Only glimpsed in ep1.01 across Grassington square (which is actually a triangle) but seen on set 13-16 Oct 2019 as 1921 Daimler CK22 flat-bed truck (DM 3161), converted from a charabanc in 1928 - 2013 auction listing Longthornes of Hebden a genuine local firm running coaches and freight trucks, including livestock transporters. dsl wrote No idea what the purpose in 3rd thumb of the hidden notice "Max speed 20mph" is - no-one would ever see it. johnfromstaffs wrote IIRC the speed and unladen weight lettering were some sort of legal requirement. They could be read from the footpath by an officer of the law. However, shouldn’t there also have been a 20 plate at the back? johnfromstaffs wrote I wonder if the Daimler char-a-banc started life in North Wales with Brookes Bros. White Rose coaches of Rhyl?
