I was thinking this grille is that of a Riley Pathfinder -- Last edit: 2020-10-20 14:58:09 |

Riley 2.6 is even more similar, however has unique ribbed bumper. This time Magnette seems perfect match. |

The Rileys you refer to were also designed by Gerald Palmer, but were about twice as big, and had a large straight six engine. If the time comes when I can't spot a Z Series MG Magnette correctly from a picture this clear I'll give up. /vehicle_869080-MG-Magnette-ZA-1954.html /vehicle_482397-Riley-Pathfinder-RMH-1956.html /vehicle_959546-Riley-Two-Point-Six-1957.html And, finally https://www.pinterest.co.uk/pin/368521181979929652/ -- Last edit: 2020-10-20 18:02:03 |

The title of this movie reminds me of a call I had one time where I spelled my first name Joseph to the woman on the phone and she actually told me "That doesn't look right." She actually thought I wasn't spelling my own name right! That's because many people think it's Joesph because of the shortened name Joe. |

there is a saying that goes like " there is no misspelling in a name " but yeah, we are probably in the best position to spell our own name.. -- Last edit: 2020-10-20 17:55:09 |

My real name has a variant spelling from the normal (more common) form, and I have constantly to advise people about their errors. |
