I was wondering if it might be the same model as this one: /vehicle_720371-Caterpillar-T-30-B.html -- that episode was filmed four years earlier in the exact same warehouse location.

 BTW Ana Alicia claimed the scripts got very confusing and I agree it the latter seasons it become hard to follow

Yes, all the main cast members were unhappy about particularly the last two seasons when producers came in and left like through a revolving door. There were too many new people on the executive side on the company and who (tried to) run the show although they didn't know what it was about. We did lots of interviews with the cast on falconcrest.org, and the cast was equally unhappy as the audience in those last two years.
