 Spider, a later one, probably one of the last (without the ugly rubber-spoiler-ass).

 By the position of the PF badge and the shape of the instruments' pod, I would say a 1986+ 2000 Spider Veloce.

Incidentally, the plate on the Mercedes in the background is 4OSCURE and it returns one result on bar.ca.gov for a 1985 MB 500 SEL.
