Coleman-Milne stretched some 9-5s - no idea if they did 9000s. Someone built a 9000 monster stretch, still listed as a 5-door on plate sites. |

I don't think it was Coleman Milne. They normally built matching pairs and I still have to come across a UK-built Saab 9000 hearse, while the six door limousines emerge every now and then. Even the Saab 9000 people never mention a coachbuilder for these. All I can offer, are two suspects: Coway Ltd. Coachbuilders of Westhoughton or Glenfrome Engineering Ltd. of Bristol, who both did a number of funeral follow car conversions on various chassis in the same fashion as seen above. |
