The entry for this bus in the BLOTW records does not mention Regent III. Since these pre-war buses were different in some respects I kept my powder dry by saying just Regent, which could not be wrong, whereas Regent III might have been. Since this a.m., with extra time available, I have found an article referring to RT1 as a Regent III, so an extrapolation of that might conclude that all of the pre-war RTs were Regent IIIs. -- Last edit: 2021-06-15 09:53:15 |

It should also be noted that the Regent III RT differs from the Regent III used in some, but not all, provincial fleets. http://www.old-bus-photos.co.uk/?p=2890 http://www.old-bus-photos.co.uk/?p=51 -- Last edit: 2021-06-14 20:03:15 |
