 BMC 521 was Middlesex, Feb 34 onwards, which if Paramount as entered should be a Mk.IV.

 Beardmore Paramount Mk.IV was (edit) introduced with a Commer 2 litre engine in 1932 (as is seen here) with 1926 to 1932 for the Hyper Taxi Mk.III 'Farthing' cab.
