Oakley Court Windsor, England therefore 'Light Fifteen'?

Possibly right hand drive from the external views although interiors were left hand drive - I will look at it again to confirm.

The curved shape of the front bumper (for what is visible) and the stoneguard on the rear fender identify it as a French built car. It is a 1953+ (indicators, low placed wipers) Normale, not a Légère.

... also after looking again, 90% certain it is left hand drive in the movie. :)

Surely, think about the scene with the chocolate-bar. Monsieur Perrier is sitting on the right side.

Right, but not all interior shots in movies necessarily come from the same vehicle as the external scenes, particularly in older movies, a studio shot can be used with a 'mocked-up' car interior.

Anyway the external shots do actually confirm LHD, when looking closely the steering wheel is just visible on the Citroën.
