For me,it a FAP SANOS S-411 TVP from 1986 It was brand new when the serie was produced. I have found the 200 different catalogs I collected from FAP FAMOS company between 1986 to 1991. The sale director was my best friend at that time, so I'm sure,I have all catalogs avaible at that time. Most of thoses catalogs had a maximum run of 2000 exemplars |

They are known just under the Sanos make (samonoseca karoserjia), as were made in cooperation by FAP and some other plants. But even if these 3 letters has been later chanded for other and today the make is just Sanos, maybe it is indeed not so bad idea to add FAP as make (actually for a long time they had such logo and next to Sanoses there were also a Dubrava buses - so there is no need to create many differnet brands). This design was known also before 1986 - here is one from 1983 sold by PKS (also owner of the bus from the main pic) to Ukraine: http://autoline.com.pl/sales_full.php?code=07012215423047422200 And the same bus (same shot actually ) in the bus database - filmed in 1985 - S314: Link to "www.przegubowiec.com" The Sanoses of 4xx series had rear ends a'la already built by the same company licence Mercedeses. -- Last edit: 2008-09-07 16:08:17 |

Hello, I have one question. What the number 776800 in the type of Sanos S 200/776800 stands for? Are there any other types of S 200 bus? Thanks a lot. |
