It is 2nd generation Isuzu Forward manufactured in 1975-1985. It corresponds to present F-series. I do not know the name of an export model to Australia at that time.SBR? Link to "upload.wikimedia.org" |

Plate returns: 1981. "Forward" name not used in Australia. Apparently, these were assembled in Australia (in Dandenong, VIC) from CKD kits, beginning in 1976 and finishing in 1993 and 1995 (for the N and F series, respectively). This truck looks like a JCR due to the wider front track (note the protruding wheel arches). Lighter duty SBR models lacked these flares. -- Last edit: 2018-10-11 06:56:56 |
